A guidebook to getting old has been published, packed full of science and statistics.
'Aging for Beginners: Getting older in today's world – what it means for you' by Dr Doug Wilson went on sale at Paper Plus stores on Thursday.
Aimed at people aged 30 to 60 years old, the books gives a heads up on the health issues, financial concerns and social matters that are likely to affect people in their later years, according to statistics.
"You don't exactly know whats going to happen, but if you're aware of what could happen, and what you can do – such as a getting a budget – then you can make informed choices, rather than random choices," Wilson said.
